• In every moment we need to choose love. In moments that break us down and leave us vulnerable we need to focus on what was gained rather than what we feel we have lost. When you experience heavy emotions, spend time with yourself by meditating on what it is that is affecting you and by allowing these feelings to be present in the body.

To release heavy emotion come outside of yourself and view the situation from a higher perspective. This in turn gives you a better understanding and the power to clear anything burdening your heart. We tend to look at ended relationships, between close friends or partners, as situations that we could have prevented. If only we could have been more of this, or done more of that, then maybe things would have played out differently. Everything we do helps us connect with ourselves and gain a better understanding on how we wish to feel and exist in the world. Really go into yourself and feel the power of genuine love and energy within you. The only thing you own in this world is your inner essence. This essence is here to turn all of its emotions and ideas into physical tangible things to help the greater universal whole for generations. When you focus on your heart and feel the rhythm of entireties truth, you will fully feel that you are always okay, and all that exists, in the end, is love.

Focusing too heavily on the I or me aspects of ourselves can keep us heavy and slow down our progression, by worrying about how outside circumstances affect the person in the mirror. REMOVE the person in the mirror and think more along the lines of nothing is happening to you, but for you. You can give and receive energy, but know when to release anything that no longer serves you.

Nothing is complicated when you are just being. You are here to be. Just love, appreciate, and release when necessary. You never lose anything, you always gain, because without the person in the mirror, without the mind’s thoughts of the person you think you are from the accumulative actions you have taken, you will connect back to source and all that is. You will remember that you are like the wind, only with the advantage of having a vessel to experience, to create, to expand, to share.

Appreciate moments you deem mundane or insignificant. Appreciate all lives that had the opportunity to dance in the magic and for those currently dancing. Any small action you take affects more people than you can imagine, so what are you doing daily to share love and vibrate as love instead of holding it captive and perceiving your experiences as anything other than beneficial to your journey and growth?

The key is coming out of the mindset that things you perceive as bad happened because of some formed idea of who you are, shed light on negative situations by remembering all the positive emotions you felt, by remembering that you don’t need to be loved to love, and the unknown shouldn’t be feared because most of the time we end up somewhere great.

  • Remember being young(er) with no bills to pay and all you cared about was playing with your friends and working on your dreams, clear and free with no worries, effortlessly focusing on all things that made your heart smile and gave you a sense of purpose. Nothing has changed! but as we get older we put perceptions on how life should be or how we should act or what we should be doing. The key is to listen to your heart! Yes as cliché as it sounds...well reads… you need to clear your mind of all the problems and situations you feel are taking you away from what you need to do that will help you feel good every day.

We are exposed to so much emotion and when we allow the negative to take our body for a ride it is easiest to suppress by doing quick fixes that keep us stagnant or lethargic, like drugs or television, instead of getting to the root of our problems and cancelling emotions that are not serving us by doing things we love.

Through the waves of life, you have to be strong like a tree in a river. Life will flow, you have no control over the things and people you may encounter so you must observe and let it be, learn from the external and don’t let things you can’t control throw you off. Practise being sturdy and still whilst remembering no one knows you as well as you know yourself, we all have our compass (our hearts). Do not get swept away in the current and go downstream with people or things that go against your compass, you must learn to chip away at everything you feel is affecting you and come to a strong realization that you can change your mental state anytime, but the longer you choose quick fixes instead of daily habits that build your character and body to be better equipped for any forces that come your way, flowing only gets more difficult, and in turn, we may get frustrated with ourselves as the problems within affect our outer circumstances, and we may find that life begins to feel like a re-run of a 2-star movie every time 24hrs resets.

Remember your truest essence is light, airy and free from containment. Nothing can harm you! People and circumstances can hurt your body but nothing can affect the magic within unless you allow it to! Everything is in our favour when we let go and turn inwards instead of being so attached to how things appear to be in this physical experience. Remember, everything is happening right now. all we have is the present moment. so why put off for tomorrow what you can achieve today!

  • You are your life’s most important project. So be your guide, lover, and teacher by connecting to your heart’s truest desires by remaining present, hopeful, and grateful throughout the day. Make a physical or mental list of your goals and priorities and be mindful of the ways you use your energy. Take pride in yourself and your work and remember that you are competing against your thoughts. Your thoughts can either uplift you or keep your potential dormant. When you feel yourself going off track connect to your heart, the heart is always key.

Take a moment to direct your energy and focus to your heart, take as many deep fueling breaths you need and reconnect to everything you already know, just sit with yourself and remember who you are and what brings you authentic joy and peace of mind; this is how you find your drive. Having drive is so important and keeps you on your toes, consistent and ready to tackle whatever it is that your inner voice is telling you to complete.

Treat your tasks with the same zest you give work or school assignments. Having a clear outline of your vision is crucial to manifesting anything, as well as having a light heart and mind that is not being drained or dragged down by external forces. There is no time like right now to get something done, do not overthink! If you have been sitting on an idea for 5 years, don’t get frustrated with yourself and prolong the procrastination, make a conscious decision that NOW is the moment in which you will execute your vision. When you choose not to create your reality consciously, and look at time as linear instead of a magical continuous space that holds all possibilities for everyone equally, you risk giving your life away to what I like to call the ‘revolving door’. You become somewhat robotic in your movements and habits waiting for that someday that doesn’t exist until you permit it to.

So direct your attention to the things you love and that keep your inner child vibrant or you will find yourself in a routine (still built by you) but unsatisfactory for the life you want. Build your world consciously, don’t take this life for granted, as long as your heart is beating you have your guide.

    Keys

♡ Focus on one task at a time. When you make efficient strides in one area you can extend your focus to your next project without feeling overwhelmed. This way you can see the fruits of your labour and not a bunch of unfinished and scattered notes.

Seize the day! make the most of your time off from work or school. Be mindful and keep a journal or an agenda.

♡ Make blueprints or mood boards for your ideas so it is easier to see the vision and take action.

  • You are the only one aware of your feelings and what you need to feel okay. Often we allow external circumstances and forces to drive the way we react to the world around us instead of observing and releasing all that is moving us away from the core of who we are, from the limitlessness of love.

It is so easy to feel inadequate or to go over all the things in our life that have impacted us negatively, or to lack forgiveness for ourselves and others for past wrongs that we feel would have made the person we are today happier or more capable of completing this or that. The key is to focus on yourself and own all of your emotions without judgment, go within your being and Identify everything you connect with by opening your heart. The only thing you can control in this life is your mind and emotions. Coming outside of yourself allows you to see your situation in a new light, seeing outside yourself helps lift the burden of this physical experience and bring you back to the ALL that is. You are the ALL, and when you return to this knowing you can redirect your energy on things that will serve your greatest purpose. Your craft needs your determination and focus.

  • We can become frustrated and overwhelmed with all that we wish to accomplish, especially when small strides put forth in each goal are not manifested to completion, this can further our procrastination, growth, and knowledge on whatever it is we are trying to achieve.

The key is to choose one goal and master it. Master basic knowledge surrounding this goal and get to a place where your soul is at peace with how far you have come with it. Then you can move on to the other goals on your list and work towards mastering them. When you are lukewarm and growing halfheartedly in a multitude of works, you lose yourself and become distant on a clear vision, but once you buckle down and gain contentment and fulfillment with one goal this then motivates you to continue checking off other things on your to-do list instead of being stuck on execution from never being disciplined enough to rise against mental judgment and self frustration all leading to procrastination and a mind that is not at peace.

    KEYS

♡ Hydrate your body (with water) throughout the day.

♡ Get outside and connect with the sky, nature, family, and friends.

♡ It is essential to document your feelings and goals daily through a personal blog or notebook.

♡ Use social media and electronic devices as aides to your success and not as tools to further your distraction. Music counts too! Give your ears a break and connect with the still vibrations of the planet.

♡ Remove toxic energies from your life. This step can be super difficult, but the more you focus on yourself and the destinations you have set in your mind’s eye the weight and feel of a lost connection will turn to peace and may even inspire you.

♡ Hold yourself accountable for every action you take by treating your goals and dreams like schoolwork. Set assignments for yourself with a final deadline/due date.

♡ Seize the day! If you wake up at 6.a.m. to make it on time for your 9-5 Job… Wake up at 6.a.m. on days you don’t have work and get cracking on your to-do list!

  • Navigating the world can be difficult with so many distractions and outside forces silencing your ever-present still small voice; internal knowing. We all have past experiences that have tainted the vibrancy of our inner-child and echoes of past failures that may aid in hindering productivity and welcoming the embrace of our most authentic self. We can become overly critical of our accomplishments and how we come across to others when we allow our minds to take over and loop around in self conversation, out of sync with all that is natural and in tune with the world as it is happening right now.

It is so easy to sabotage our creative process when we overthink every little detail on how we envision things to be instead of working on the process and building with time instead of against it. When we live from our head we can obstruct our reality as well as falsify what is happening when it comes to our relationships or how we see ourselves and the world. The mind is wise, but the heart is wiser and holds our truest desires and can guide and aid our journey when we choose to let go of the overwhelming day to day trials that come with being human in a world that is not at peace.

The only thing we will ever fully have control over is our mind and emotions. As important as hygiene and food, we need to cater to our mental habits and vibrations we are putting out, creating consciously through our movements and words. The world is not as challenging as our minds sometimes make it out to be, and when we connect back to the source of love by finding our peace, we become peaceful and can rise against feelings that can hold us back from our truest form of existing and in turn help others do the same.
